There's a whole series on what works for various populations.

Dr. Jorge H. Del Pinal, Ph.D., Assistant Chief, Population Division, Special Population Statistics, for the Census Bureau was recently a guest speaker at the National Council of HEPMs February monthly meeting.

He presented a very impressive PowerPoint presentation on "Hispanic Demographics" which you and your agencies may find of interest in your efforts to conduct outreach activities with the Hispanic/Latino communities. Please note that the file does not print very well but the PowerPoint presentation is very nice and the information is very informative.
