To make sure your receive our low Annual Meeting pre-registration fees; please send in your registration form by no later than March 1st, 2008 .
The registration fee to the 66 th Annual Meeting includes admission to all the technical-scientific sessions of the conference, welcoming reception, exhibit booth's fair, coffee, and the awards dinner.
This fee does not include registration to pre-conference courses or workshops during the Annual Meeting.
