Annual Meeting Registration Options:

REGULAR REGISTRATION

Registration fee includes admission to all technical-scientific sessions of the conference, conference handouts and materials, welcoming reception, coffee breaks, and Awards Dinner. (Student fee does not include Awards Dinner.)

Non-members will get their membership to the USMBHA with their registration fee if they accept.

¹ Organizations that are USMBHA Institutional Members may enroll up to 20 staff members at this rate, per person.

² Registration fee for Non-members includes membership to the USMBHA. If you register for this category, please also fill out membership form.

³ Proof of full-time enrollment must be submitted with registration in order to obtain student fee. Registration for students does not include admission to the Awards Dinner.

⁴ Organizations that are not USMBHA Institutional Members must enroll a minimum of 5 persons at this rate, per person.

CANCELLATION REIMBURSEMENT FEE
In order to cancel the registration for the 67^th Annual Meeting once it has been paid, a written notice should be sent. There will be an additional charge of $10.00 dlls to cover the administrative costs of handling cancellation.
