REPRESENTATION

Each border state (10) has two voting representatives and one alternate. The representatives are responsible for disseminating Binational Alliance information to member coalitions in their respective states and for encouraging other coalitions and community organizations to become members of the Binational Alliance. There are two Co-chairs; one representing the US and one representing Mexico.
