CBA services are requested through CRIS (CBA Request Information System) by Focus Areas 1, 2, 3, and 4 as described below:

If you don't know how to categorize your CBA request your CDC project officer and Promovision staff will assist you.

Eligible Users:

• If your program is funded directly by the CDC, discuss your need for CBA services with your CDC project officer and make your request through the CBA Request Information System (CRIS) at www.cdc.gov/hiv/cba
• If your program is funded by your state or local Health Department (HD), place your request through your HD representative (contract manager).
• If your program is not funded by either the CDC or the HD (i.e. private of other sources), you can place the request through your local HD or through a CBA provider (e.g. Promovision).
• If you do not belong to one of the groups above, contact your Health Department or CBA provider (Promovision) to make a request.
